Phase 4 Content Overview
- Three New Dungeons — Adventure through these three new level 85 heroic dungeons, meant to lead the players story straight into Dragon Soul;
- Dragon Soul — New raid, featuring tier-13 gear, 8 new encounters, and a chance to bring an end to Deathwing himself;
- Alizabal — a new Baradin Hold boss that drops ilvl-397 tier-13 gear, as well as Season 11 PvP gear;
- Fangs of the Father — new legendary dagger set made specifically for Rogues;
- Protocol Twilight Dungeons!
- The Future...
With this Phase comes 3 new dungeons, which must be completed in order to unlock the next dungeon in line. These dungeons also serve the purpose of introducing more of the story of Deathwing, Thrall, and the other Dragon Aspects plans to stop Deathwing before he can destroy all of Azeroth.

Cataclysm Classic Phase 4 is live, with Dragon Soul to follow on February 20
After a short delay from its initial January 2025 release, Cataclysm Classic Phase 4 is now live and later this week on Thursday, February 20 at 3PM pacific time, the Dragon Soul raid will launch worldwide. The rest of Cataclysm Classic Phase 4 is full of interconnected content that narratively wraps up the Cataclysm story and gives players more activities to complete.

What is in Cataclysm Classic Phase 4?
Three new level 85 heroic 5-player dungeons will be available for players to experience, with each one setting the stage for the phase finale: the End Time, which shows players what will happen if Deathwing isn’t stopped, the Well of Eternity, which sends players far into the past to retrieve the Dragon Soul artifact and finally, the Hour of Twilight, which tasks you with escorting Thrall to Wyrmrest Temple to face Deathwing. There will also be a new Elemental Rune Dungeon type, Protocol Twilight, available that includes all Cataclysm Classic dungeons except Zul’Aman and Zul’Gurub.

I have been wondering if blizz will give us H+ in this phase 3, since in the PTR there is no trace of any H+ but a second phase of raid testing will begin soon, I ask since I reflect I have seen confirmation in several places, I respect if to many They didn’t fond this new way of racing in heroic but personally I loved it a lot and I would like to hold it again in cata classic

Phase 3? It’s important to note that Cataclysm only includes three raid tiers and three PvP seasons, thus comprising three phases. Discussing Dragon Soul seems premature when Firelands hasn’t been released yet.
Secondly, why would Blizzard release Heroic+ dungeons? What loot could they include there—normal raid loot? And if so, what would be placed in the normal raids—Heroic loot? If that were the case, what incentives would there be for players to hire in Heroic raids?

Cataclysm is the third expansion for Blizzard’s MMORPG World of Warcraft. The expansion was originally released on December 7, 2010, and is now also coming to WoW Classic as “Cataclysm Classic”. WoW Classic is a faithful recreation of the original “World of Warcraft” game from 2004.
Cataclysm Classic was released on May 20, 2024, and will receive a total of 3 major content updates in the following months.

They’re obviously going to rush through cataclysm because it’s a hated expansion that isn’t going to do well at all. Honestly, wrath hasn’t done well enough to justify squatting on all the time it was given, and it was always the most popular expansion.

The rapid content cadence is interesting. There’s going to be heavy overlap between 3 versions of WoW for those that play multiple versions. We don’t know the exact release dates of TWW and SoD phase 4 yet, but there may only be a month or two between releases from one version to the other at some po
